Punggung dan paha merupakan pusat segala pergerakan badan. Ia menentukan cara kita bergerak memajukan diri kita dalam kehidupan.Terdapat 5 bentuk punggung dan paha iaitu seimbang,bulat, rata,besar dan tinggi.. Yang mana satu anda??

1. Seimbang
Paha dan punggungnya seimbang.Tidak terlalu besar.Tidak terlalu kecil. Tidak terlalu bulat. Tidak terlalu rata.. Pemiliknya dikatakan seorang yang tenang dan pemurah.Bakal ibu dan bapa yang baik. Seorang ibu yang sangat penyayang.Seorang bapa yang jelas pemikiran ke mana hala tuju keluarganya dan sangat berjaya dalam kerjayanya. Perjalanan hidup teratur tanpa banyak masalah dan stabil.

2. Bulat
Individu yang mempunyai punggung yang bulat adalah seseorang yang berjiwa kental, idealistik,periang, sentiasa bersemangat, pandai mengawal perbelanjaan, suka bersosial dan boleh bergaul dengan sesiapa sahaja. Kuat mengharungi segala cabaran hidup sama ada cabaran yang baik atau yang buruk.

3. Tinggi
Punggung tinggi ke atas. Orang ini dikatakan mempunyai daya s**s yang sangat tinggi. Sangat disukai ramai. Tidak kisah dengan kata-kata negatif orang lain. Hatinya tidak mudah sensitif dengan kata-kata yang diluahkan orang lain. Suka berseronok. Orang ini suka membuat sesuatu mengikut hati dan perasaan bukan fikiran menyebabkannya sukar mendapat status tinggi dalam masyarakat.

4. Besar
Pemilik punggung besar dan paha besar seorang yang romantik. Subur. Sihat.Penuh rasa cinta. Sanggup melakukan apa sahaja demi mencapai cita-cita. Ceria,pemurah dan bijak menguruskan kewangan.. Baginya tidak ada yangmustahil. Segalanya boleh diatasi. Jenis okay no problem. Sentiasamengukur kejayaan diri dengan jumlah harta dan wang yang mampu dikumpulkan.

5. Rata
Punggungnya rata atau hampir samarata dengan badan. Ia melambangkan empunya diri yang lurus, bijak dan terlalu idealistik. Tidak pandai mencari peluang berniaga. Jikaperempuan, ia dikatakan tidak subur dan tidak mempunyai anak lebih dari satu. Tidak mempunyai perancangan masa depan yang jelas. Terlalu berserah kepada keadaan tanpa ada insiatif untuk memajukan diri.

Taufufa 2

Mengenai entry 'Taufufa Lembik' di bawah, di sini aku ingin membuat sesi 'clarification'. Entry dibawah adalah hanya berkaitan dengan kehidupan kerjayaku. Tidak berniat untuk menyinggung perasaan sesapa pun terutama dia yang amat bermakna dalam hidup ini. Isu mengapa aku tidak menulis dengan 'terang', kerana beberapa rakan sekerja aku juga membaca blog peribadi aku ini dan tidak semua tahu apa yang sedang aku lalui kecuali Cikgu Fikry. Cikgu Fikry mengetahui segala 'janji² manis' itu dan permintaan aku untuk menukar tempat kerja yang tidak pernah dilayan. Dulu, aku seorang yg sker melawan kata Bos. Skrg, kerana aku ingin mencapai target, aku kata YES BOS! Namun, aku tau beliau kurang gemar akan diri aku yg agak out-spoken ini. Aku menjadi pendiam kerana aku tidak mahu 'periuk nasi' ditabur dengan pasir, dulu² aku penah hampir dipindahkan dengan alasan rekod aku yang sgt buruk. Aku mahu berpindah, tp bukan dengan rekod buruk, aku mau kuar dengan rekod bersih dan cemerlang. Aku tau beliau masih 'menyimpan' aku kerana aku ini ada kepentingan bagi beliau. Tp hampir setiap meeting aku dihentam, dicemuh dan di-tiaw kaw². Ada sajer mende yg aku buat itu tidak betol di matanya. Sesapa sajer dapat rasa yang beliau mmg prejudis terhadap aku. Bila khidmat aku diperlukan, beliau sanggup tepon aku memalam. Penah beliau sanggup datang dan mengambil untuk aku menyelesaikan masalah kerja pada waktu aku bercuti. Kata² manisnya itu aku masih ingat, sbb dier jarang berkata-kata manis ngan aku. Tahun lepas, aku jarang dihantar keluar bertugas atas alasan aku lebey diperlukan di tmpt kerja. Beliau berjanji akan menghantar aku kembali bertugas di luar pada tahun ini...tp aku pelik, kenapa beliau masih menghantar orang laen sedangkan meeting / kursus itu aku yg sepatutnya pergi? Untuk pengetahuan kekawan yg membaca, kekadang kursus itu dianjurkan di kawasan peranginan, hotel atau tmpt besh² belaka, Melaka, Langkawi, Pangkor, PD...ada sesetengah tempat tuh aku dah rasa utk pi berkursus. Berkursus sambil bercuti la kiranya. Diberinya hak aku itu kepada orang laen yg dier sker. Tp taim buat keje, aku juge yg dikerah, tenaga aku diperah habis-habisan. Tiap kali beliau nak bagi kerja kat aku, time tuh la dier puji melambong. Huih, main tarik tali sungguh. Kejap kata aku wat keje ok, ada taim tuh kata aku tak wat keje. Bengong. Mmg ada kalanya aku hilang sabar, tapi apa aku bole buat? Mau larik? Lari ke mana je? Dah tentu aku nak larik pun, dier kena tandatangan borang itu. Abes kalo dah rasa aku nie tak cukup bagos, sampai marah aku dalam meeting, beliau marah aku depan kekawan, watper simpan aku lagi? Kasik sign la itu borang! Lepas tu, boleh plak beliau bandingkan aku ngan budak hingusan ntah mana². Haih, kalo dah rasa dier tuh lagi bagos, bagi je lar jawatan dan kerja itu kat dier, naper bagi kat aku? Kekunun aku la yg layak, ptuihh... mmg aku layak utk jawatan itu, ye aku tau. Tp napa 'jatuhkan' aku ngan cara gitu?
Ada rakan yang tanya, 'sampai biler ko nak diam camnie reen? Napa ko biar diri ko dibuat begitu dalam meeting reen?'
Ish, takkan lar aku nak tepok meja masa meeting? Tuh kuang ajo namanya.
Tp sampai bila la eh? Tgu la taim aku rasa aku nak berambos ngan cara apa sekali pun. Or aku kena tgu sampai tahun depan, biar beliau yg berambos. Setahun lebey tuh nak tgu! Uwarghh.. tension! Marahnye aku! Sampai bila nak menahan marah ini? Arghh..cepat lar berambos! Setahun, pejam celik pejam celik. Amarah aku makin bertambah biler aku melihat keja yg aku terpaksa bawak balik ke umah! Uwarghh..balik umah pun wat keje lagi!

Pesanan untuk rakan sekerja, Bad, Muss, Fik & Manju
Tlg ek..jgn citer ek kat bos. Aku terpaksa tulis terang terang nie sbb ada sedikit salah paham yang berlaku. Nanti aku banjer korang makan cekodok ek. Ari Sabtu nie aku banjer korang bekpes k? Korang pun tau apa aku citer, sbb mende nie korang nampak kan. Aku banyak bersabar kan? Sgt Penyabar kan aku ini?

* Memula aku tidak menulis dengan terang, kerana alasan di atas. Now, kepada yang membaca, jangan la salah paham. Citer ini tiada kaitan ngan buah hati ku. Janji manis yg lagi satu itu tidak bole aku terangkan di sini kerana ia tidak sehat utk kesehatan para rakan sekerja aku. So, aku terpaksa rahsiakan janji manis yg satu itu lagi.

Aku & Mai Di Petaling Street

Lamanye tak makan taufufa kan Mai....? Sedap tak TaufuFa itu...?

We went out this afternoon for 'kai kai'.. I was not in the good mood since last few days.. shits happened in my life... Luckily I have frens around me. Kalo tak..sah aku kena histeria kat umah nie sesorang semalam.
It might be a sign that I should stay away for a while from where I am now... talked to a fren last nite and he said the same thing..'reen..go somewhere else to hv some fun' oOO..fun..byk u nye fun... mana nak carik fun? U tot itu fun cam fun-fair ke? Bole maen tikam-tikam? Bole maen merry-go-round? And go inside the 'haunted house' yg lom tentu rasa menakotkan..
And that conversation reminds me abt my previous conversations (abt 2 years back- I blogged abt it in January 2006) with someone else... 'reen...go out for drinks and flirt' wor wor wor...'flirt'? Hahahaha...
Working so hard and try to be so nice with everyone. I dun want to be rebellious as what I used to be. Taknak jadi REEN YG DULU. Most of my close fwens asked, ' mana Reen yg aku kenal dulu? Ko dah kenapa jadi gini Reen?'
*sigh* I can't answered them that questions... Aku pun tatau mana peginya Reen yg dulu itu. Aku biar diri aku diperkotak-katikkan. Biar la, takpe la, buat masa skrg, jawab aku dalam hati. Aku hanya mampu tersenyum. Kedian, aku terpikir lagi, 'sampai bila?'

Me tetiop kibod kesayangan..sambil bebelek camera baru.. camera kecik baru yg aku bole sumbat dalam handbag! Hahaha..marah je aku shopping..marah je aku joli..marah je aku wat diri aku sakit....kalo dulu..aku marah..aku tak ingat umah (nie perangai lama aku la). Skrg nie, wlpun aku marah tahap gunung berapi, aku tetap balik umah wlpun jam kol 2-3pagi. Rumahku Surgaku, aku ada bebear, bebear musyuk... yg aku pelok & ceom setiap kali aku membuta.

Lately aku kehilangan skill aku yg merepek kerepek..merapu meraban akibat kebizian tahap cipan. Akibat Kebizian itu... aku mengalami gangguan emosi fizikal dan mental la..(lebey kurang je tuh). Penat...takbole nak bgtau camner rasa penat utak nie. Utak dan dada rasa sendat... susah nak napas pun ada. Tgu la kiranya utak dah clear sket... masalah melanda jiwa dan raga kasik ilang... eheks..
